Role:
Join OFallon Mufflers Inc as an Automotive Tech and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch automotive services. We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to advance their skills in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems including brakes, exhaust, and suspension. Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. Utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's needs and services provided. Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Proficient in using diagnostic and repair tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
