Job Description
James Automotive is a busy, family-owned and veteran-owned automotive repair shop looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. We believe we're in the people business first and the automotive business second. Competitive pay plan with earning potential of $45,000-$120,000+ Paid vacation Paid holidays Family-oriented culture Established and growing shop with a strong customer base Supportive ownership and team environment Opportunity for long-term career growth Responsibilities Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs Present repair and maintenance recommendations with confidence and integrity Communicate estimates, repair timelines, and vehicle updates Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate information is provided to customers Follow up on declined services and future maintenance recommendations Deliver completed vehicles and review repairs with customers Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service Qualifications Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience required Automotive repair knowledge required Strong sales and customer service skills Proven ability to build trust and maintain high customer satisfaction Excellent communication and phone skills Strong computer proficiency Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mentality Valid driver's license with a clean driving record We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and passionate about helping customers take care of their vehicles.
