My name is James, and my wife Allison and I own James Automotive. I'm not looking for just another technician. I'm looking for someone who wants to build something they'll be proud of years from now. Maybe you're frustrated because your shop only cares about numbers. Maybe you're tired of broken promises, poor management, unrealistic expectations, or constantly cleaning up someone else's mess. Maybe you're expected to work holidays, weekends, or late nights while missing time with your family. I get it. We built James Automotive because we believed there was a better way to run an automotive repair shop. We're a family-owned, veteran-owned shop built on honesty, teamwork, and doing what's right—even when nobody is watching. We believe great technicians deserve respect, good equipment, clear communication, and leaders who work beside them instead of hiding in an office. We're growing, and I don't just want employees. I want people who want to help shape where this company goes over the next 10, 20, or even 30 years. Here's what you can expect: Monday through Friday schedule — absolutely NO weekends. We observe major holidays because your family matters. Competitive flat-rate pay with excellent earning potential. Paid time off. Paid training and ASE certification assistance.
