About the Job An automotive service center is looking for Chrysler Automotive Technicians to join its expanding Service Team. The organization seeks motivated, competitive, and hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and want to benefit from strong earning potential and a steady workload. With a high-volume workshop and a solid customer base, technicians will have consistent opportunities to maximize their hours and income. The company is focused on developing skilled technicians through ongoing training and career growth opportunities, supporting those who want to build a long-term career. Experienced technicians can earn a flat-rate pay starting at $39/hr, along with a performance-based efficiency bonus and a weekly flat-rate guarantee. Entry-level technicians are also welcome and will receive training and development support. Responsibilities Stay up to date with current automotive repair best practices Perform detailed diagnostics to identify vehicle issues and recommend repairs Inspect vehicles according to emissions and safety standards Complete repairs and conduct test drives to ensure proper vehicle performance Safely operate automotive tools and diagnostic equipment Participate in ongoing training and skill development Carry out physical tasks such as walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and squatting Lift and carry up to at least 50 lbs as needed Maintain accurate and clear documentation for customer and internal records Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Follow all HR policies and required trainings Maintain a professional appearance at all times Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience as a service technician Ability to operate automotive repair tools Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment Valid driver's license Benefits Fully paid health benefits for employee and family Company 401(k) plan Paid holidays and PTO Family-owned work environment Air-conditioned workshops No weekend work Flat-rate pay structure with additional performance incentives
