Automotive Repair Technician - Westplex Auto Repair & Restoration

We are a growing, family-owned and operated used car dealership opening our own brand-new 7-bay in-house mechanic and detail shop. The shop will support our expanding vehicle inventory and retail operation, providing a steady, consistent workflow with no seasonal slowdowns. This is not a flat-rate, feast-or-famine environment. Our goal is to build a long-term, well-paid team that takes pride in quality work and efficiency. Automotive Technician - Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs Brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and basic diagnostics Assist with vehicle reconditioning for retail readiness Maintain a clean and organized workspace Automotive Technician - Qualifications 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred Solid mechanical knowledge and ability to work efficiently Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow with the shop What We Offer Very competitive pay based on experience Consistent workload (inventory-based, no waiting on customers) No corporate pressure or micromanagement Family-owned business with long-term stability Opportunity to grow as the shop and dealership expand (Pay structure can be discussed based on experience and skill level.)
