Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical and mechanical systems, and a passion for troubleshooting complex issues. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing production efficiency, safety, and reliability across our operations. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment using precision measuring instruments, schematics, and technical manuals. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic issues utilizing analysis skills, ohmmeters, ammeters, and other diagnostic tools. Repair and maintain systems involving hydraulics, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), high voltage, low voltage, and industrial electrician work. Operate and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), SCADA systems, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track maintenance activities. Conduct welding—including <

> welding—and fabrication tasks to repair or modify machinery components. Use field service techniques to troubleshoot on-site issues involving scissor lifts or other elevated platforms safely. Collaborate with technical sales teams when necessary to provide expert advice on equipment repairs or upgrades for customer service excellence. Requirements Proven experience as an industrial mechanic within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience in industrial settings. Hands-on experience with schematics, technical drawings, and troubleshooting electrical circuits involving high voltage and low voltage systems. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, calipers, and micrometers accurately. Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices including hydraulics, welding (including <
LOCATION
> welding), HVAC/R systems, and field service procedures. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), SCADA systems, CMMS software, and analysis skills for diagnosing complex machinery issues. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English across diverse teams. Additional qualifications such as military experience or industrial electrician certification are considered advantageous.
