In this role, you will be the key point of contact for vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring each customer's experience is smooth, transparent, and satisfying. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, repair, and sales will help keep our customers' vehicles in top condition while fostering trust and loyalty. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Perform detailed automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately across various systems including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and diesel engines Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, shocks & struts, and air brake inspections Manage service writing and auto estimating to ensure clear communication of repairs and costs to customers Upsell additional services or repairs that enhance vehicle performance and safety while maintaining integrity Assist with auto body repair coordination and ensure quality control throughout the repair process Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining excellent customer service standards Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in auto service management and automotive repair Extensive mechanic experience with expertise in automotive diagnostics, transmissions, oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, tire service, shocks & struts, and diesel engine repairs Knowledge of automotive systems including air brakes, alignments, auto body repairs, and automotive electronics Skilled in auto estimating software and service writing to provide accurate quotes and documentation Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Sales-oriented mindset with experience in upselling vehicle services or automobile sales Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience as a service technician or mechanic is highly desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding automotive care.
