This Position:

Conducts all major and minor repairs on all vehicles and equipment, including hydraulics, welding, fabrication, brakes, etc. Installs and removes two-way radio equipment and assists in maintaining the same. Performs preventive maintenance on all vehicles and equipment. Maintains garage and related work area in a neat, clean, safe, and orderly condition free of recognized hazards. Assists in pumping gasoline and fuel records system, routine washing, or servicing vehicles as required. Assists stranded vehicles requiring on-the-spot maintenance or towing. Assists in scheduled washing and cleaning of vehicles and equipment as needed. Such other duties as may be required.
