Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and basic mechanical repairs. Your expertise will help ensure our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and running smoothly while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Conduct oil changes, automotive fluid replacements, and routine vehicle maintenance with precision and efficiency Perform tire rotations, alignments, and tire services to optimize vehicle performance Assist with basic mechanical repairs using hand tools and power tools under supervision or independently as skill develops Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle needs and recommended services Support the dealership's overall maintenance operations by assisting in other service tasks as needed Skills Dealership experience or service technician experience preferred but not required; eager learners are welcome Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures Experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, oil changes, alignment, tire service, and general vehicle maintenance Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire rotations or maintenance tasks Excellent customer service skills to assist clients professionally and courteously Basic sales aptitude to recommend additional services when appropriate Mechanical repair skills that support ongoing training and development in automotive servicing Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values your skills and helps you grow your career in the automotive industry!
