Oil Change Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oil Change Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance services efficiently and accurately. Your expertise will help ensure our customers' vehicles are running smoothly, safely, and reliably. Responsibilities Perform oil changes using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring proper disposal of used fluids in accordance with environmental standards Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including tire service, fluid levels, and basic mechanical assessments Assist with additional maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, alignments, and brake inspections as needed Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs efficiently and accurately Diagnose common automotive issues using automotive diagnostics equipment and recommend necessary repairs or services Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally Skills Dealership experience or prior automotive service background is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair Proficiency with automotive diagnostics tools and understanding of engine systems Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire service or other maintenance tasks Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude Experience with sales or upselling additional services is a plus Knowledge of automotive alignment procedures and tire servicing techniques Join our team to become an integral part of delivering top-quality vehicle care!
