EXPERIENCED

Service Advisor to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a professional ASM looking to take the next step in their career with a respected and customer-focused organization. Our goal is customer satisfaction and productive employees. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our service department, helping ensure exceptional customer experiences, efficient workflow, and strong team performance. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess outstanding communication and leadership skills.

OVERVIEW

Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the service department Support our staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity Help prioritize repair orders and required services while providing customers with service recommendations and options Ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service at all times Communicate with customers regarding repair status, completion times, service costs, and recommended maintenance Assist in resolving customer concerns and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Monitor repair order quality, accuracy, and timely completion Support hiring, training, and development of service department personnel Maintain knowledge of Audi, Land Rover, and Volkswagen products and services Help achieve departmental sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

REQUIREMENTS

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
