INFINITI

is seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join our award-winning service team in Jackson, Mississippi. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position offering excellent earning potential, a strong support structure, and outstanding work/life balance with no weekends . We are looking for advisors who are highly organized, process-driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing service opportunities ethically and professionally.

Compensation & Opportunity:

$60,750-$99,750+ earning potential Compensation plan includes: 5% commission on total service and parts sales Up to $1,000 per month CSI bonus - $12,000 annual bonus opportunity tied to achieving manufacturer customer satisfaction goals Established customer base and consistent workflow Advisors are typically assigned 5-9 customers per day based on experience, skill level, and capacity

Performance Expectations:

Baseline expectation of: 2.0 labor hours sold per repair order $750 average sales per repair order Focus on building long-term customer relationships while maintaining strong productivity and CSI performance

What You'll Do:

Greet customers professionally and assist with service needs Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns clearly Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process Monitor repair progress and provide proactive updates Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and follow dealership processes Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Writer experience required Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced service environment Nissan or
