Vehicle GPS Camera Installation Technician

Duties Install GPS tracking systems and cameras in different types of vehicles, including commercial fleets and personal automobiles Follow detailed schematics and technical diagrams to ensure precise placement and wiring of devices Conduct automotive diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to secure devices and manage wiring harnesses safely Perform vehicle maintenance checks to verify the proper operation of installed systems post-installation Interpret automotive electrical systems, schematics, and service manuals to facilitate accurate installations Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during all phases of installation Experience Previous automotive service technician experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience working on many types vehicles Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems, transmissions, powertrain components, and diesel engine repair is a plus Experience reading schematics, performing automotive diagnostics, and troubleshooting electrical issues Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair techniques Customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Service technician experience involving auto or vehicle maintenance is a plus Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and vehicle camera installation practices enhances your suitability for this role Join us as a Vehicle GPS Camera Installation Technician and become part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering innovative vehicle solutions.
