What We Offer Competitive pay Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plans Paid holidays Paid vacation Paid training and career development Opportunities for advancement Supportive, family-oriented workplace culture Responsibilities Perform work outlined on repair orders according to dealership and manufacturer standards Complete oil changes, replace oil and air filters, and inspect fluid levels Check and maintain tire pressure Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including: Engine Transmission Electrical Steering and suspension Brakes Air conditioning Use diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment effectively Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of recommended services and repair timelines Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean and organized shop environment Operate tools and equipment safely Maintain accountability for dealership-owned tools and manuals Qualifications Strong desire to learn and improve Entry-level automotive experience preferred, including diagnostic, electrical, or engine repair knowledge Strong mechanical aptitude and physical dexterity Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Positive attitude with a customer-first mentality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new technologies and repair procedures Basic computer skills Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Equal Opportunity Employer Walt Massey is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
