for friendly, energetic Service Advisors to advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair in our brand new, state-of-the-art service facility. Previous Service Advisor or Mechanic experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with an automotive background! Those with previous Service, Sales/Retail, or Parts Department experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine Dealerships settings are encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities•
Service Advisor:
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for service, maintenance, or recall work Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and accurately identify repair needs Advise customers on recommended services, pricing, and maintenance plans Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and the parts department Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed throughout the process Review repair orders and invoices with customers at completion of service Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) ratings through exceptional service and communication Foster long-term customer relationships built on trust and transparency Qualifications•
Service Advisor:
Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred , but we will train the right person with an automotive background! Saturday availability is a must Background in Warranty/Insurance Adjusting , Automotive Technician/Mechanic , or Parts/Sales/Retail also translates well Experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine dealerships is a major plus Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology Excellent communication, organizational, and sales skills Professional appearance, positive attitude , and a team-oriented mindset General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Good customer service and communication skills Works well in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and a positive attitude Applicants must pass pre-employment screening We are a Drug-Free Workplace Please feel free to come by and apply in person with the Service Manager, Alonzo Campbell!
