5+ years Position Summary Promotive is hiring an experienced European Automotive Technician for a growing independent repair shop in Black Eagle, MT. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician with strong diagnostic ability and experience working on European brands such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, Land Rover, or Volvo. This Monday-Friday role offers strong flat rate hourly pay , high earning potential, relocation assistance, and a professional team environment where quality work matters more than cutting corners. If you enjoy solving difficult drivability issues, mentoring others, and fixing vehicles correctly the first time, this could be the right fit for you. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on European vehicles Diagnose drivability, electrical, engine, suspension, brake, HVAC, and performance issues Use factory-level and aftermarket diagnostic equipment to accurately identify problems Complete repairs according to OEM procedures and industry best practices Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to maintain efficient workflow Mentor and support junior technicians when needed Stay current with evolving European automotive technology through ongoing training Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience as an Automotive Technician Strong experience working on European brands such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, Land Rover, or Volvo Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to independently perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs Experience using scan tools and modern diagnostic software ASE certifications preferred but not required Hybrid or electric vehicle experience is a plus Leadership mindset with willingness to mentor others Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits $35
