Randash Auto Center is seeking a B/C Level Automotive Technician to join our Bozeman team. We are a family-owned operation servicing our own inventory and customer base, providing consistent workflow and year-round work. This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys hands-on mechanical repairs and wants to develop their diagnostic abilities while working alongside experienced technicians. Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Rotating Saturday schedule Consistent 40-hour work weeks Compensation & Benefits $25-$30 per hour DOE Weekly productivity bonus program Up to $475+ weekly bonus potential Guaranteed hourly pay Monthly tool stipend after 90 days Paid Time Off Health Benefits Stable year-round workload Family-owned company with long-term growth opportunities What You'll Do Perform brake, steering, suspension, and engine repairs Complete vehicle reconditioning and inventory repairs Perform maintenance services including fluids, filters, belts, and scheduled maintenance Assist with diagnostic and troubleshooting work Inspect vehicles and identify repair needs Document repair recommendations and completed work accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with advisors, parts staff, and fellow technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently Please note: We do not service diesel vehicles.
