Regional Specialist-Customer Service and Vehicle Detailing

Job Description This role plays an integral part in our operations with the potential to take on additional responsibilities as you demonstrate the capacity to deliver consistently over time. Days are focused on detailing and stocking vans, troubleshooting issues, and connecting with guests, getting them familiar with #vanlife, all while acting as liaisons to the beautiful places we are lucky enough to call home.

7309 Hwy 2 E, Columbia Falls, MT 59912 To be considered, please apply directly through our website: https://gomoterra.com/jd-whitefish-regional-specialist/ Responsibilities Customer Service Ensure all paperwork and questions are addressed and arrival details are confirmed; contact clients to fill in any gaps. Greet clients upon arrival, providing an engaging, informative, and outstanding handover experience to ensure they feel excited and comfortable in the campervan. Meet clients upon their return, invite feedback, and turn customers into advocates. Perform local vehicle delivery and pickup when required. Keep the reservation management system up-to-date with all relevant paperwork and notes, including checking customers in and out, recording damages, and settling outstanding balances. Vehicle Detailing and Maintenance Ensure every van is ready to wow clients by thoroughly cleaning the interior, exterior, and all included equipment in accordance with Moterra's standards. Restock the van with the full list of inclusions, including any paid add-ons and customer-specific requests. Maintain an orderly warehouse and office, ensuring all linens, dishes, and other supplies are clean and ready for rentals or last-minute changes. Monitor vehicle diagnostics, such as fuel levels, fluid checks, windshields, tire pressure, and tread depth, ensuring cars are operational. Assist with vendor communication and vehicle maintenance scheduling. Transport vehicles to/from facilities for service, bodywork, and detailing as needed. Qualifications :

At least 25 years old, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Physically capable of lifting 30+ lbs.

Bonus :

Comfortable with conversational Spanish is a plus.

Compensation Starting Hourly Wage:

$20-$23

Bonuses:

$500 training bonus paid after 60 days of employment. This position is eligible for meaningful performance-based bonuses, which are paid periodically throughout the year. Based on regional and personal performance, bonuses historically represent an additional $2-$3/hr.
