We work on a wide variety of vehicles and are looking for technicians who take pride in their work and want to grow with a busy, growing shop. Position We are hiring an experienced Automotive Technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship. What You'll Do Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles Handle drivability, suspension, brake, electrical, and engine repair work Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment effectively Communicate findings clearly with service advisors Maintain clean and organized work areas Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards What We're Looking For Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to execute and take action Sense of urgency required Team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license Experience in a professional automotive repair environment ASE certifications are a plus, but not required What We Offer Performance-based pay — no ceiling on what you can earn Busy shop with consistent workflow Modern equipment and technology Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Paid training opportunities Employee discounts Paid time off Pay $70,000 - $140,000+ per year depending on experience, production, and skill level.
