About the Role As an Automotive Service Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our technical team, ensuring vehicle reliability and safety for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in diagnostic troubleshooting and complex mechanical repairs to restore vehicle performance and enhance the overall driving experience. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure long-term mechanical integrity. Utilize advanced diagnostic scanners and software to pinpoint electrical and mechanical faults with high precision. Deliver clear, professional explanations of repair requirements to clients to foster trust and transparency. Maintain a high-standard, organized service bay that prioritizes workplace safety and operational efficiency. Stay at the forefront of industry advancements by mastering new automotive technologies and repair methodologies. Support team growth by sharing technical knowledge and mentoring junior staff members. Ensure meticulous documentation of all service history to maintain accurate vehicle records. Required Skills Formal certification in automotive repair or equivalent vocational training. Demonstrated proficiency in automotive repair, maintenance, and complex system diagnostics. Strong technical aptitude with a keen eye for detail when inspecting vehicle components. Valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced shop environment. Preferred Skills Current ASE Automobile and Light Truck Certification. Hands-on experience with Diesel Engine Systems and heavy equipment maintenance. Advanced familiarity with modern Automotive Repair & Service Systems.
