Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Automotive Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our reputation for quality and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, engines, and other critical vehicle systems. Execute routine vehicle maintenance tasks and thoroughly inspect vehicle to determine service needs. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs efficiently. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to guide repairs on primarily European and Asian vehicles. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Assist with auto estimating processes to determine repair costs accurately while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience Proven service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, schematics, and electronic troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience repairing powertrain components, suspension components and electrical components Knowledge of ADAS calibration procedures and modern automotive safety features is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic software. Previous experience working with European and Asian brands is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients(especially in writing). Pay:
$25.00 - $42.07 per hour
