The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a modern, well-equipped shop. At Cary Car Care you are a critical problem solver who ensures our "family" of customers drives away safe. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair a diverse range of domestic and import vehicles—including hybrids—using state-of-the-art equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Precision Diagnostics & Repair:

Perform digital vehicle inspections, maintenance services, diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, and execute repairs with a commitment to excellence.

Cultivate Curiosity:

Stay ahead of the curve. Learn and apply the latest automotive technologies, digital shop systems, and hybrid vehicle service protocols.

Transparent Communication:

Provide clear, accurate repair recommendations to our Service Advisors, ensuring our clients receive the honest, trustworthy they deserve.

Collaborative Safety:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Work collaboratively with the shop team to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow.

Community Advocacy:

Deliver high-quality repairs that uphold our reputation as a trusted local staple and support our community vehicle donation programs.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience. Experience with hybrid/electric vehicles is a major plus!

Credentials:

ASE Certifications are highly preferred (we will support your path to Master Tech status if you aren't there yet).

Possession of your own basic tools to perform daily automotive service and repair tasks.

Licensing:

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
