Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Entry-Level Lube Technician and kick-start your career in vehicle maintenance and repair! This energetic role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational skills in automotive service while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. No prior experience is necessary—just a passion for cars, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. As a vital member of our service team, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, assist with various repair procedures, and ensure our customers' vehicles are safe and running smoothly. This paid position provides hands-on training to help you grow into a skilled automotive technician. Responsibilities Perform basic oil changes and lubrication services efficiently and accurately. Assist with tire rotations, tire service, and wheel alignments under supervision. Use hand tools and power tools to support vehicle maintenance tasks. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and communicate findings to senior technicians. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Support the team with general maintenance tasks, including fluid top-offs and filter replacements. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic vehicle questions. Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential! Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with automotive diagnostics is advantageous. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic vehicle maintenance tasks preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Strong attention to detail, safety-mindedness, and a positive attitude are vital. Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. Basic understanding of automotive service procedures such as oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general maintenance. Pay:
$10.00 - $13.00 per hour
