You'll handle everything from vehicle check-ins and check-outs to inventory management, all while promoting our services with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide detailed information about rental options, policies, and vehicle features Manage the rental process efficiently using data entry systems and maintain accurate records of transactions Conduct vehicle inspections for cleanliness, damage, and proper functioning before and after rentals Assist customers with vehicle selection, upselling additional services such as insurance or accessories to enhance their experience Oversee inventory control by tracking vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and manual handling of fleet assets Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing prompt responses and guiding customers through their rental needs Maintain front desk operations, ensuring a clean, organized workspace that reflects our commitment to excellent customer service Collaborate with sales management to develop promotional strategies and expand outreach through public speaking or community engagement efforts Support administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling maintenance, and updating marketing materials as needed Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or front desk roles within a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, reporting, and inventory management Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail math principles to ensure accurate stock control Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure Experience in outside sales or public speaking can be an advantage for promoting services effectively Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when necessary for vehicle movement or maintenance support Administrative experience that includes negotiation, marketing initiatives, or heavy phone etiquette is preferred Join us to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant setting where your skills make a real difference!
