Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine oil changes and vehicle maintenance while ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various vehicles Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including tire rotations and alignments Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance Diagnose automotive issues using appropriate diagnostic equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs Assist in heavy lifting as required during service operations Stay updated on automotive service techniques and industry trends Requirements Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during service tasks Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Sales experience is a plus, as you may assist in recommending services to customers A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all safety protocols
