Ft. Bragg, NC (Onsite) Position Summary We are seeking Field Service Representatives (FSRs) to provide onsite sustainment support for Infantry Squad Vehicles (ISV) at Ft. Bragg. This role focuses on maintaining operational readiness through scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ISV platforms. Diagnose and repair mechanical and system issues. Support ongoing sustainment operations to ensure vehicle readiness. Execute retrofit and upgrade activities as required. Manage parts requests and maintain inventory tracking. Complete weekly reporting on vehicle status and maintenance activities. Follow site SOPs for material handling and disposal. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of technician experience (automotive, military, or heavy equipment). Ability to read and interpret U.S. Army Technical Manuals. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Must be fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications Military vehicle or defense program experience. Experience working in a sustainment or depot environment. Prior experience supporting U.S. Army operations. Work Environment Onsite at Ft. Bragg, NC. Hands-on maintenance environment supporting military vehicles. Additional Requirements Must complete training in Milford, MI and Warren, MI prior to deployment.
