Job Description
Toyota of Gastonia is looking to hire experienced automotive technician(s). This position's pay is commiserate with your experience and has and great company benefits. We have recently undergone a complete remodel and have a new state of the art shop. If you are looking for a rewarding career working with an outstanding company with an opportunity to grow your career, then we want to hear from you! Some of the job duties would include:
- Diagnose and provide quality vehicle repairs to specifications.
- Accurately and clearly document findings and steps taken in repair orders.
- Notify service writers/manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so customer can be immediately notified of expected delay.
- Maintain a very clean and organized work area, tool box and roll around tool cart(s).
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's vision and core values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, managers and suppliers.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Paid Training Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
- Valid Driver's License Previous Dealership experience preferred Previous experience working on Toyotas preferred
