Responsibilities Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements efficiently and accurately. Assist with basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings to customers. Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized environment. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic questions about vehicle maintenance needs. Dependability is a must. Must have your own tools. Skills Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in vehicle maintenance procedures. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of oil change procedures and general automotive service practices. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required in vehicle servicing. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Basic sales skills to recommend additional services or products when appropriate.
