Position Summary Our service department is looking for an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, solid diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine proper repair procedures Perform repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards Complete maintenance services including inspections and preventative maintenance Repair engine, steering, suspension, brake, electrical, and HVAC systems Utilize diagnostic equipment and repair information effectively Communicate with service advisors and parts personnel Identify additional maintenance or safety concerns Road test vehicles as necessary to verify repairs Maintain accurate repair documentation Requirements Previous Automotive Technician experience required B-Level technician skill set preferred ASE Certifications preferred or actively working toward certification Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license required Professional attitude and strong work ethic Schedule 5-Day Work Week Five-day work schedule Two Saturdays per month required Full-time position Compensation $20.00 - $35.00 Flat Rate Compensation is based on: Automotive experience Diagnostic ability ASE Certifications Overall skill level and productivity
