B-Level Automotive Technician Up to $40/HR Guaranteed + Flat Rate | No Weekends 14691 US Hwy 17, Hampstead, NC 28443 Serving Wilmington, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas If you're tired of corporate dealerships, nonstop pressure, and toxic shop environments, this is your shot at something different. Seaside Service Center is a small, easygoing full-service repair shop looking for a solid B-Level Technician who wants steady work, a supportive team, and a place where people actually enjoy coming to work. We work on a wide variety of vehicles including domestic, European, fleet vehicles, and even boats and jet skis during peak season. You'll get real variety, strong support from experienced A-Techs, and consistent work without the drama. What You'll Be Doing General repair and maintenance Diagnostics and drivability work Brakes and suspension Tires and wheel bearings Oil leaks and mechanical repairs Vehicle inspections Working across domestic and European vehicles Some seasonal boat and jet ski work What We're Looking For 2+ years of automotive repair experience Strong B-Level skillset Comfortable with both maintenance and light diagnostics Valid driver's license Team-first attitude Ability to produce around 40 flagged hours weekly Nice to Have Experience with Tekmetric or DVI systems Diagnostic experience European vehicle experience Shop Details 3-bay shop Average RO around $800 Techs averaging 40-45 flagged hours Labor rate: $145/hr Tight-knit team with low turnover Owner and management actively involved If you want a stable shop, good people, solid pay, and less stress, call in and complete your initial screening with Paige to be considered.
