Automotive Technician We are a growing, high car flow, full-service automotive repair shop seeking a skilled Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quick high-quality service in a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of makes and models. Handling major jobs such as engine and transmission repairs or replacements. Communicate clearly with service advisor(s) and team members about vehicle needs and repair timelines. Accurately document diagnostics performed, recommended services, and completed repairs in work orders Diagnosing electrical issues with accuracy and care Performing general maintenance and repair services Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment Assist with shop organization and equipment upkeep Willingness to learn and grow with ongoing training and team collaboration
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Valid NC Driver's License Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Willingness to continue training and pursue certifications Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced shop environment Preferred (but not required): Experience with European Vehicles Experience with Diesel Vehicles ASE Certification(s)
NC State Inspection License Compensation:
Flat rate pay based on experience and skill level Opportunity for growth as your experience and capabilities expand
