Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with customers, and are driven by performance-based earnings, we'd love to hear from you. As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience from start to finish. Schedule 5 days per week
Monday-Friday:
7:30 AM
  • 6:00 PM Every 3rd
Saturday:
8:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM Compensation This is a commission-based position with expected annual earnings of approximately $50,000
  • 120,000+ , depending on individual performance and bonuses achieved.
Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer recommendations. Prepare estimates and explain repairs clearly. Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process. Keep customers updated on vehicle status and timelines. Deliver exceptional customer service that builds long-term relationships. Ensure repair orders are accurate and completed efficiently. Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Why Modern Automotive Network?
