Work first shift diagnosing, repairing, and servicing the trailers in our fleet.

Winston-Salem, NC Trailer Mechanic Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on the trailers in our fleet Work collaboratively with our drivers and with our truck and trailer shop mechanics Inspect trailers to ensure they are in the proper condition to operate effectively Use different tools and equipment, such as pneumatic tools, welding equipment, hand tools, hoists, and jacks, to repair trailers while constantly utilizing safety precautions Diagnose malfunctions in defective equipment by inspecting and testing to determine how to address problems Replace parts, valves, brakes, etc. and make repairs as needed
