, we're looking for a hands-on Fleet Service Manager to help keep our vehicles, trailers, and equipment operating safely and efficiently across our oilfield and industrial operations. Position Summary The Fleet Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, utilization, and overall condition of company vehicles and equipment. This role works closely with operations, vendors, and field personnel to ensure assets are safe, reliable, and ready to support our crews throughout the region. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee vehicle and equipment repairs Schedule and track preventative maintenance services Conduct inspections and ensure deficiencies are corrected Work with vendors to schedule major repairs and maintenance Assist with insurance claims, reporting, and documentation Manage fleet fuel card accounts and driver assignments Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Monitor fleet utilization and asset assignments Ensure vehicles and equipment remain clean, safe, and professional Provide weekly fleet status updates and repair progress reports Assist with vehicle acquisition, replacement, and disposal planning Promote and model Wescom's commitment to safety and accountability Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer and organizational skills Experience working with vehicles, trailers, equipment, or fleet operations Knowledge of industrial, construction, or oilfield environments preferred Class A CDL preferred Self-motivated with strong communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay starting at $28+/hour DOE Company take-home vehicle Annual bonus opportunity Paid Time Off Flexible Time Off Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company contributions Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Schedule Monday-Friday Typical hours: 7:00 AM
