Job Overview At Earl's Repair, we are looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated, customer orientated individual to join our team. INCOME- will have bonuses tied to production
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately take notes on vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and services
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them clearly to customers
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle service history
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
Experience:
- General automotive knowledge such as: diesel repair, engine repair, tire service, suspension, shocks/struts, air conditioning, oil changes, brake repair, etc
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software for record keeping and scheduling
- Keyboard skills
