Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport from the moment they arrive Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests Provide detailed auto estimates, explaining necessary repairs and maintenance options clearly and transparently Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, tire services, transmissions, engine repairs, shocks & struts, and air brake systems Upsell additional services and maintenance packages that enhance vehicle performance and safety while meeting customer needs Manage service writing processes efficiently, including invoicing and cash handling with accuracy Maintain thorough records of all service activities and communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle status Qualifications Proven dealership experience or automotive service management background is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge across various automotive systems including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, tires, engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, alignments, and oil changes Experience with automotive diagnostics and repair procedures is essential Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to upselling and sales opportunities Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing processes Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Mechanical experience or background as a service technician is advantageous Knowledge of automobile sales processes is a plus Join us in delivering outstanding automotive care!
