What You'll Help Us Do:

Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle needs, documenting concerns and requested services. Build genuine relationships from initial check-in through service completion. Use digital shop systems to create service orders, estimates, obtain authorizations, and communicate clearly with customers and the team. Provide clear, honest recommendations with transparent estimates and explain their importance to gain customer authorization. Coordinate with our skilled technicians and manage workflow efficiently to deliver excellent service while exceeding customer expectations. A positive, naturally friendly and professional demeanor with a true people-pleaser, customer service-oriented mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills — you're comfortable explaining things clearly while putting customers first. Technology savvy with an eagerness to use modern shop systems and tools. A coachable, team-player attitude and genuine hunger for training, self-improvement, and success. The ability to sell with integrity — never overselling or breaking trust. Strong adaptability — you can think on your feet and pivot smoothly when situations change. 1-3+ years of professional experience as a Service Advisor or strong customer service background (automotive preferred).
