Job Description

Rydell Toyota of Grand Forks is a growing dealership in need of Full Time talented Oil and Lube Technicians. This position will be responsible for oil changes, tire rotations and other light maintenance work. This could be the start of a great career in the field of Automotive Service. Pay/Schedule Above average wages starting at $17/hour with ability to promote quickly to $19/hour Daytime scheduling of 8am-5pm and Saturdays based on department rotation from 8a-2pm Benefits Opportunity for internal promotion and career growth with company Health, vision, and dental insurance with family and child coverage Short- and long-term disability insurance and life insurance at group rates After 1 year, a 401(k) with company matching dollars up to 4% Paid time off We also offer great "in-house" benefits including discounted services, an employee vehicle purchase program and paid time off to volunteer.
Responsibilities:
Perform multi-point inspections Check tire air pressure and rotate Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil Replace oil and air filters Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs needed Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first
Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license Strong teamwork skills Communication skills - communicates effectively with others Time management Basic computer skills Personal and professional integrity We are an equal opportunity employer.
