  • Full-time Position Overview As a Lube Technician, you'll be the first line of defense in keeping our fleet vehicles performing at their best.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. What You'll Do Perform oil and fluid changes on fleet vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and our scheduled maintenance program Inspect and top off all vehicle fluids, including coolant, brake fluid, power steering, and windshield washer fluid Check, test, and replace batteries as needed Inspect and replace filters, belts, and wiper blades Check and adjust tire pressure; inspect tires for wear and damage Grease fittings and lubricate chassis components as required Flag any additional maintenance needs or safety concerns to the lead technician Maintain accurate service records for all vehicles worked on Keep your bay clean, organized, and safe at all times Wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety protocols What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Previous lube, oil change, or automotive service experience preferred; we're willing to train the right person Valid Driver's License required Clean, insurable driving record Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and a team player Physical Requirements This is a physical role.
You should be able to:
Lift up to 50 lbs and handle fluid containers throughout the workday Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods Work over and under vehicles comfortably Work in varying indoor and outdoor environmental conditions
