Who We Are Looking For We're looking for a dynamic Mechanic to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives on teamwork, and isn't afraid to have a little fun while working hard. You'll be trusted to take on advanced jobs and mentor entry-level techs, while still growing your own skills and earning/maintaining your certifications. Principal Duties Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems - from brakes to drivability issues. Work with service writers and customers to ensure repairs are clear, accurate, and timely. Keep your bay clean, your paperwork tidy, and your work top-notch. Embrace ongoing training and new technology (because cars don't stop evolving). Represent the Trusted Tire name with professionalism and pride. Key Skills A strong understanding of: Front End Repair, Heating & A/C, Manual Drive Train and Axle, Brake Systems, Advanced Front Suspension Bring a positive attitude and energy every day Ability to speak for extended periods to customers or coworkers Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced team atmosphere Fulfill all training and certification obligations on time and as assigned Consistent eagerness to listen, learn, apply knowledge, and accept critical feedback Approach daily tasks, projects, and follow-up communication with energy and sense of urgency

Experience & Requirements:

2-4 years of hands-on auto repair experience A valid driver's license and clean driving record In person job - Must be located near the job site We are willing to train the right individuals!

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Very heavy work - Exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or more than 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
