Lube Technician

Job Title:

Lube Technician Job Description We are seeking dedicated lubrication technicians who have a strong understanding of oil, enjoy a physically active role involving stairs, and are comfortable working in warm conditions. The role requires the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Responsibilities Perform lubrication maintenance on machinery and equipment. Follow lube routes which involve frequent stair climbing. Work in outdoor conditions approximately 20% of the time. Essential Skills At least 1 year of consistent general labor work history. Experience with mechanical and industrial lubrication and oil handling. Additional Skills & Qualifications An agricultural background is preferred but not necessary. Work Environment The job is in a non-climate-controlled environment, which means it will be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The role involves working outdoors 20% of the time. Candidates are required to wear steel toe boots for safety. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blair, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
