Prior Auto Service Writing experience is required.
Qualifications:
Prior Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer or Customer service experience Prior Auto Dealership experience preferred Valid Driver's License & clean driving record required

Responsibilities:
Greet customers, start work order for oil changes and light maintenance prepare repairs for warranty submission Recommend repairs found by technician to customer Set appointments Ensure that all documentation of work performed and recommended are detailed on the work order Understand and comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to cleaning fluids, paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials.
