Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed, answering questions, and promoting additional maintenance opportunities. Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on quick service environments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, oil change procedures, and basic vehicle maintenance. Service technician experience that demonstrates attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills to communicate clearly with clients about their vehicle needs. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during various maintenance tasks.
