Job Description

About us Collision Pros is a small but growing automotive repair shop in Omaha, focused on honest service, quality workmanship, and building long term relationships with our customers. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Automotive Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a fast-paced team.

Modern office setting Growth opportunities Company perks On-the-job training Safe work environment Lively atmosphere The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, team-focused, and capable of working independently in a busy shop environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs Diagnose mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, and engine issues Complete routine services including oil changes, tires, alignments, brakes, and tune-ups Use diagnostic tools and repair software effectively Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management Recommend necessary repairs and preventative maintenance honestly and professionally Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Follow shop procedures, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines Assist team members when needed to maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
Previous automotive repair experience preferred Ability to diagnose and repair multiple vehicle makes and models Strong mechanical and problem solving skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Own basic automotive tools ICAR certifications are a plus but not a requirment Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Stron work ethic, reliability, and positivie attitude What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Consistent workload in a growing shop Supportive and respectful work environment Opportunities for training and advancement 401k, vacation,
