This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who thrives in a busy environment, knows how to move efficiently through heavy line work, and wants to flag serious hours in a shop with strong workflow and steady car count. This position is not built around sitting on difficult diagnostic cases all day. It is built for a productive technician who can handle a wide range of mechanical repairs, stay in rhythm, and turn hours at a high level week after week. Qualified candidates should feel confident flagging 60+ hours per week in a properly managed, well-fed shop environment. What You'll Be Doing Perform heavy line automotive repair work efficiently and accurately Handle suspension, steering, brakes, cooling systems, engine work, and other common high-volume repair jobs Complete mechanical repairs that keep cars moving through the shop and hours stacking up Perform inspections and clearly communicate needed work to the service team Work alongside a supportive team in a clean, organized, high-car-count environment What We're Looking For ✔ 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience ✔ Strong mechanical ability and confidence in heavy line repair work ✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop with the goal of flagging 60+ hours per week ✔ Efficient, dependable, and motivated by productivity and performance ✔ Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why This Shop?
