Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance tasks, primarily focusing on oil changes and fluid checks. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and effective communication. This position requires a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles. Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for vehicle maintenance tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their vehicles. Assist in sales of additional services or products related to vehicle maintenance. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues that may require further attention. Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Lift heavy equipment or parts as necessary during service operations. Qualifications Prior experience in automotive repair or as a service technician is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with oil change procedures and vehicle maintenance practices is an asset. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in automotive service.
