MOMS Jericho is seeking an experienced and motivated Powersports Technician to join our growing team. Position Summary As a Powersports Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining a variety of powersports vehicles and equipment. You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals in a modern, high-volume service department while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and related equipment. Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services and inspections. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, fuel, and drivability issues. Install accessories, performance upgrades, and customer-requested equipment. Accurately document repairs, labor times, and parts requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all manufacturer warranty procedures and dealership policies. Collaborate with service advisors and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous powersports, motorcycle, automotive, marine, or small engine repair experience preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills. Ability to use diagnostic tools, service manuals, and repair software. Manufacturer certifications are a plus but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced shop environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.
