Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician, where your expertise will drive excellence in vehicle repair and maintenance. In this energetic role, you'll diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your mechanical skills and automotive knowledge will be vital in delivering top-tier service to our customers. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain vehicles, including engines, transmissions, powertrains, electrical systems, and diesel engines. Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently. Conduct vehicle inspections, alignments, wheel balancing, and other maintenance services to ensure safety and performance standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools safely and effectively. Service GM vehicles and other makes/models with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Follow manufacturer guidelines for ADAS calibration, vehicle maintenance procedures, and repairs. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks accurately, and communicate findings clearly to customers. Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Solid mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including powertrains, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics software and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with ADAS technology calibration and alignment procedures is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive maintenance tools. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Experience working on GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus but not required.
