Duties Perform comprehensive inspections to identify mechanical issues and determine necessary repairs Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and fluid replacements Diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension problems using diagnostic tools and equipment Repair or replace faulty parts with precision and efficiency to meet safety standards Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues quickly and share technical knowledge effectively Skills Proven experience as an auto mechanic or auto technician with a strong understanding of vehicle systems Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, power tools, and computerized testing equipment Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
