Automotive Service Advisor
  • Full-Time We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a dealership or automotive service environment and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs Provide clear explanations of recommended services and costs Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of Service Advisor experience Friendly, professional, and customer-centric attitude Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency
